Muscovites Reminiscing

Two old Muscovites, Haim and Abraham, were walking along a street in the centre of Moscow.

'Do you remember, Haim, how before the revolution there used to be a shop on this corner and there were always barrels of sturgeon outside?' asked Abraham.

'Do I remember?

Of course I remember!

How could I forget?

And what about on this corner? Do you remember?

There used to be booths where they sold fresh caviar!'

'But listen, Haim, the only thing I can't understand is what did anyone have against it?'
